Yes - every Instinct edition shares one 22mm case and lug spacing, so a single band fits the Solar, Camo, Tactical, Surf and Esports versions interchangeably. Editions differ only in dial colour, bezel finish and, on the Solar, a charging ring around the face, none of which change strap fit. What is the difference between spring bars and Quick Change/Quick Fit bands?

Standard bands are moulded with no gaps around the spring bars, so removing them means compressing the bars with a tool and sliding the whole band off the lugs. Quick Change (or Quick Fit) bands leave the spring bars in the watch - a locking tab underneath the band releases so the strap lifts away in seconds, no tool needed.
