ACCOUNTS & CONTRACTS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will be responsible for the provision of accounting support to the part time Bookkeeper and Operations Manager your daily tasks include;
- Creating new payees in the firms MYOB accounting system;
- Uploading staff and corporate card expenses to accounting system for reconciliation;
- Issuing and depositing cheques;
- Accurately loading invoices into the MYOB accounting software system ready for payment;
- Accurately maintaining filing and employment record management systems;
- Compiling monthly financial reports;
- Contributing to the development and maintenance of accounting procedures;
- Assisting the Bookkeeper, Operations Manager and Partners with ad-hoc financial analysis in Excel.
- Dealing with various business and government purchasing departments
Skills your need:
- Highly articulate
- Superb attention to details
- High mathematic efficiency
- Comfortable with Mac or Windows
- Experienced with Microsoft office suite
JUNIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER
Responsibilities and Tasks
You will be maintaining and developing our internal systems. These include our government purchasing portal, marketing apps, CRM integration and other programs. You will be working alongside another programmer who has over 15+ years experience.
Skills you need:
- You must be an exceptional communicator, we need someone that can clearly articulate
- At least 5-10 years in-depth experience in a similar role with:
- Git, GitHub, SourceTree
- HTML / CSS
- JavaScript
- js
- DB (Oracle/Postgress/MongoDB)
- RESTful API’s
- Tomcat
- An ability to demonstrate expertise with current and emerging Technology
- Experience in the Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket)
