Frequently Asked Questions

Do Fitbit Versa 4 bands fit the Sense 2?

Yes - every band in this collection is made for both. The Sense 2 and Versa 4 launched together and share the same case and locking attachment, so one strap fits either watch. If your watch is a Versa 4, our Fitbit Versa 4 bands collection lists the same range under that name.

I've upgraded from a Fitbit Sense to a Sense 2. Can I keep my bands?

No. Fitbit changed the attachment between the two generations, so straps from the original Sense will not seat in a Sense 2. The older watch pairs with the Versa 3 instead, covered by our Fitbit Sense bands collection. Everything on this page is cut for the newer fitting.

What is the difference between the Candy bands and the standard silicone straps?

Candy are a durable resin but both clip in the same way. The standard straps come in everyday colours at the lower price, while the Candy range is brighter and bolder, aimed at people who want the watch to stand out rather than blend in. Choose Candy if you change bands to suit an outfit.

Does the Sense 2 use a different charger from the original Sense?

Yes. The Sense 2 and Versa 4 share one charger between them, and the original Sense and Versa 3 share a different one, so cables do not cross between the two generations. The charger cable and Refuel stand on this page are both cut for the newer pair.

How do I tell a Sense 2 from a Versa 4?

For accessories you do not need to - everything here fits both. If you want to know, the Sense 2 has a continuous stress sensor and an ECG app the Versa 4 lacks, and the model name appears under your device in the Fitbit app. The bands, case, clip and charger are identical across the pair.
