Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a Slimfit case and a tempered glass screen protector?

A Slimfit case is a moulded TPU shell that wraps the tracker body and covers the screen in one piece, so it guards the edges and corners as well as the face. Tempered glass sits flat on the display only, adding scratch resistance without bulk. Choose the case for knocks, the glass for a slimmer profile.

Do I need both a case and a screen protector?

No - the Slimfit models on this page are a combined case and screen protector, so one product covers both jobs. Tempered glass is the alternative for anyone who wants screen protection without the raised shell. Fitting both to the same tracker is not recommended, since the case lip and the glass edge compete for the same space.

Do the Versa 3 and Sense use the same protective case?

Yes. The Versa 3 and Sense share one case shape, so a single Slimfit fits both, and the Versa 4 and Sense 2 pair the same way in the following generation. The two pairs are not interchangeable with each other. Our Fitbit Versa 4 accessories collection groups the matching protection for the newer pair.

Will a case made for the Charge 5 fit a Charge 6?

No. The Charge 6 added a physical side button that the Charge 5 case has no cutout for, so the older shell blocks it. The two are close in size but not interchangeable for protection. Our Fitbit Charge 6 accessories collection carries the case and glass cut for that model.

Which Fitbit trackers do you stock protection for?

This collection covers the Versa, Sense, Charge, Inspire, Luxe, Alta, Ionic and Blaze ranges, with a Slimfit case for most models and tempered glass for a few older ones. Check the model name under your device in the Fitbit app, then match it here. Our Fitbit bands collection lists the same models as individual pages.
