Yes. The 165 and 165 Music are the same size watch and share the same 20mm quick-release fitting, so any strap in this collection fits both. The Music version simply adds on-watch music storage — it doesn't change the case or the band. Not sure which one you have? The model name is printed on the back of the watch case.

Check the back of your watch — the model number is printed on the case. If it reads Forerunner 165 or Forerunner 165 Music, you're in the right place; both take 20mm quick-release bands. If it reads a different number (for example 55, 245 or 255), the band fitting is different, so head to our Garmin bands hub and pick your exact model to make sure you order the correct fit.

No tools needed. The Forerunner 165 uses a spring-loaded quick-release pin — just slide the small lever on the back of the strap, lift the old band away and click the new one into place. It takes a few seconds. Note the 165 uses a standard quick-release fitting rather than Garmin's QuickFit system, so you're choosing 20mm quick-release straps here.
