Fitbit tweaked the connector rim between generations, so older Versa 3 and Sense bands can sit loosely or refuse to click into a Versa 4 or Sense 2, even though they look nearly identical. For a guaranteed fit, choose a band listed specifically for Versa 4 and Sense 2 rather than reusing an older strap.

Both are the same stainless-steel mesh style; the difference is how they close. The magnetic-lock version uses a sliding magnetic clasp for one-handed adjustment, while the quick-release version has a fold-over clasp that locks onto a fixed link. Pick magnetic lock for easy fastening, or quick-release for a firmer hold during exercise.
