Frequently Asked Questions

Do Fitbit Versa bands fit the Versa 2?

Yes. The original Versa, Versa Lite and Versa 2 share the same case and band fitting, so every strap in this collection fits all three, including the Special Edition versions. If your watch is the original Versa or a Versa Lite, our Fitbit Versa and Versa Lite collection lists the same range under that name.

Will Versa 3 or Versa 4 bands fit my Versa 2?

No. The Versa 2 attaches its bands with quick-release pins, while the Versa 3 and Versa 4 use Fitbit's own slide-in clip, so nothing crosses between them. Our Fitbit Versa 3 bands and Fitbit Versa 4 bands collections cover those watches.

Does the Versa 2 Special Edition take the same bands?

Yes. The Special Edition differs only in finish and the band it shipped with, keeping the same case and the same fitting as the standard Versa 2. The original Versa Special Edition is the same story. Buy by model family rather than by edition and any strap here will fit.

Does the Versa 2 use the same charger as the original Versa?

Yes for the cable, not for the stand. The replacement charger cable here is listed for the original Versa, Versa Lite and Versa 2 alike. The Refuel charger stand is listed for the Versa 2 only, so check the model name before choosing that one. The Versa 3 and later use a different charger again.

What is the difference between the woven band and the sports loop?

Both are fabric, but they fasten differently. The woven band is a flat cloth strap with a buckle, in six colours. The sports loop closes with velcro, so it adjusts anywhere along its length and suits a wrist that swells during exercise. The loop is the softer of the two; the woven is the tidier.
