30-Day Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase.

For purchases made in November and December you can refund or exchange until 31 January the following year (we know how frequently loved ones swap devices!)

Please make sure the item meets with our Returns Policy and that:

  • The return is made within 30 days of purchase (or end of January for items purchased in November or December)
  • Items are unworn, un-used or in their original condition and packaging
  • Items are not clearance, discontinued or reduced to clear
  • Items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy
  • You have acceptable proof of purchase
  • Australian based orders only


How to initiate a 30-day change of mind return

 

  1. Please fill out the form below and put your order number in the message box along with your request for a refund or what items you'd like to exchange them for (product urls are a great help 🙂)
  2. Wait for us to approve the change of mind return.
    (this is important for us to be able to track your return and process it)
  3. When a return is approved please prepay all shipping costs and address to the following:

  4. When your returned items arrive and are inspected we will process a refund,offer a store credit or send out new items for the exchange. We strive do this all in a timely manner! Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.




DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS


As a customer, you are entitled to certain guarantees whenever you make a purchase from Mobile Mob. These guarantees are called Consumer Guarantees and they are not impacted by our 30-Day change of mind return policy.
