Where does my order ship from?

All our products are stored locally and shipped from our warehouse here in Melbourne! 

How do I track my item?

You can track your item via Australia Post here , or follow the link you are sent within the shipping notification (if tracking is applicable). You can also find all these links on your order status page

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Australia 
We ship most orders out within 1 business day via Australia Post.
Australia Post Regular delivery time frame is around  2-9 days* (This is the method used for items with "Regular" & "Registered" postage)
Australia Post Express delivery time frame is around  1-3 days*
*Delivery times vary, and are subject to Australia Post's delivery network

New Zealand
We ship most orders out within 1 business day
The NZ Registered + Tracking delivery time frame is around  3-14 days*
We have been advised by Australia Post to allow for an additional 10 business days, to account for the current international shipping delays.
*Delivery times vary, and are subject to Australia Post's and New Zealand Post's or the Couriers delivery network

United States of America
We ship most orders out within 1 business day
The USA Registered + Tracking delivery time frame is around  3-10 days*

How Much is Postage?
Our postage starts at $2.95 for regular mail (small items only), $5.99 for registered post (any size), and $9.95 via express (any size). We have free express shipping on any order over $75 AUD (Australian orders only).
  

What are you warranty and returns policies?

 We have a fair 30-day returns policy, and 12 months warranty on most items.
