Garmin Instinct Bands Replacement Straps with Spring Bars (22mm)

These 22mm replacement bands are made for the original Garmin Instinct series, including the Instinct Standard, Tactical and Esports Editions, plus the Instinct Solar Standard, Tactical, Camo and Surf Editions. All of these watches share the same 45mm case and 22mm band fitting, so one band suits the entire original Instinct range.

The quickest way to check is on the watch itself: hold the MENU button, then go to Settings, About, and your exact model name will be displayed. You can also find the model name printed on the underside of the watch case, or in the Garmin Connect app under your device settings. If your watch is an Instinct or Instinct Solar with no 2, 2S, 2X or 3 in the name, these bands are the correct fit.

Each band is crafted from durable, sweat-resistant silicone and fitted with a traditional stainless buckle for a secure hold. Every order includes the band, a set of custom-made spring bars built for the Instinct, and the tools needed for changeover, so you can swap bands straight out of the packet.
