Collection: Garmin Instinct Watch Bands

These replacement bands fit the original Garmin Instinct (Gen 1) range with a 22mm band width. That includes every first-generation edition: Instinct Standard, Solar, Tactical, Camo, Surf, Esports and Tide. All Gen 1 editions share the same 45mm case and 22mm attachment, so any band in this collection fits your watch.

Check the model name in your watch settings under System > About, or in the Garmin Connect app under your device. The original Instinct displays simply as "Instinct" plus its edition name, such as Instinct Solar or Instinct Tactical, with no number. If your screen or app shows Instinct 2, 2S, 2X or 3, you own a newer generation and will need bands made for that specific model.

Each Instinct generation has its own dedicated collection so you always land on the right fit. Browse our Garmin Instinct 2 bands, Instinct 2S bands, Instinct 2X Solar bands or Instinct 3 bands collections for your model. The 2S uses a smaller 20mm fitting and the 2X uses a larger 26mm fitting, so matching your exact model matters.

The original Garmin Instinct uses 22mm spring bars, small pins that sit inside the band and click into the watch lugs. Our replacement bands are supplied ready to fit, and swapping takes only a few minutes with the included spring bar tool. If your original pins are worn or lost, we also stock a spring bar replacement kit with tools in this collection.
