Open the Google Pixel Watch app on your phone or go to Settings, then System, then About on the watch itself to confirm your exact model. A quick shortcut: the Pixel Watch 3 is the only generation available in a 45mm size, so if your watch is the larger 45mm it is definitely a Pixel Watch 3. If you have the 41mm, check the app before ordering as the 41mm Pixel Watch 2 and 3 look very similar.
