Defintely worth getting one of these just to sit on your draws , coffee table, or desk which makes charging alot easier. The cable included with these that connects to the back of these is a high quality removable micro usb.....which is great as i connected my longer 3m one up to the dock as my power point is too far away! -

Charges my Xperia compact perfectly. Its pretty cool how you get multiple inserts to clip into the dock - depending on what model you have (universal), as i share it with my husband who has the standard z3. Also the usb cable that comes out of the dock is very high quality -
