Frequently Asked Questions

Does this stainless link band fit the Garmin Lily 2, Lily 2 Active and Lily 2 Classic?

Yes. The Garmin Lily 2, Lily 2 Active and Lily 2 Classic all use a 14mm standard quick-release band fitting, and the Boss Stainless Link band is built to that exact 14mm spec with quick-release spring bars already installed.

The Lily 2 and Lily 2 Classic use a 35mm case and the Lily 2 Active uses a 38mm case, but the lug width is 14mm on all three, so this band suits every model in the Lily 2 range. Browse the full range for your model: Garmin Lily 2 bands, Garmin Lily 2 Active bands and Garmin Lily 2 Classic bands.

What is the Boss stainless band made from and what comes in the box?

The Boss band is a classic oyster-style link bracelet crafted from stainless steel, finished with a fold-over deployment clasp for a secure, jewellery-style close.

It is available in seven finishes: Rose Gold, Black Night, Silver Steel, Gold Honour, Light Purple, Space Grey and Iridescent. Quick-release spring bars are fitted so you can attach it without tools, and a link removal device is included in the box so you can size the bracelet at home.

What wrist size does this band fit and how do I adjust it?

The bracelet suits a wrist of roughly 140mm to 210mm. Because it is a link-style band, it is sized by adding or removing individual links rather than by choosing a buckle hole.

Wrap a soft tape measure or a strip of paper around your wrist just below the wrist bone to get your measurement first. Then use the included link removal device to take links out evenly from both sides of the clasp, so the deployment buckle stays centred underneath your wrist and the bracelet sits level on top.

How do I tell whether I have a Garmin Lily or a Garmin Lily 2?

Turn the watch over and look at where the band meets the case. The original Garmin Lily uses a screw-in T-bar lug system, so you will see a small screw head on the outside of each lug and you need a band replacement tool to change straps.

The Lily 2 range uses a standard 14mm quick-release fitting instead, with a small spring-loaded lever on the underside of the band that lets you swap straps in seconds without tools. You can also confirm your exact model in the Garmin Connect app under your device settings.

If you have the original Lily, shop the correct fitting here: Garmin Lily bands.

Who is this stainless link band best suited to?

This band is made for anyone who wants their Lily 2 to read as jewellery rather than a fitness tracker. It suits office and corporate wear, weddings, dinners and events, and everyday dressing where a metal bracelet finishes an outfit better than a sport strap. The seven finishes and full link bracelet also make it a considered gift.

If you are training hard, wearing your watch overnight for sleep tracking, or you simply prefer something lighter day to day, a softer silicone or nylon strap is the better everyday companion — browse those in the Garmin Lily 2 bands collection.
