Frequently Asked Questions

What size band does the Garmin Lily 2 take and will the Abbie Leather strap fit?

The Garmin Lily 2 uses a 14mm standard quick-release band, and the Abbie Leather strap is made to that exact 14mm width.

The quick-release spring bars come pre-installed, so you slide the small pin on the underside of the band, lift the old strap away, then click the new one into the lugs. No tools and no screws required.

The same 14mm quick-release fitting is used across the Garmin Lily 2, Lily 2 Classic and Lily 2 Active.

What is the Abbie Leather band made from and what wrist size does it suit?

The Abbie strap is crafted from genuine leather with reinforced stitching, so it softens and moulds to your wrist with wear rather than staying stiff. Every colourway is finished with a rose gold buckle and keeper, and the strap comes in six on-trend shades.

It suits a wrist of roughly 150mm to 190mm, and the fit runs small — measure your wrist with a tape measure or a strip of paper before ordering.

If you sit at the very top of that range, browse the full Garmin Lily 2 band range for a roomier option.

Is a leather band the right choice for how I wear my Lily 2?

Leather suits the customer who wears their Lily 2 as jewellery first and a tracker second. It is ideal for the office, client meetings, weddings and events, travel and everyday wear, where a sports strap can look out of place.

Leather is happiest kept dry and away from heavy sweat, so if you train hard most days, many customers keep the Abbie Leather on for work and swap to a silicone or stainless steel strap for the gym. You will find both in the Garmin Lily 2 bands collection.

Thanks to the quick-release pins, swapping between the two takes seconds.

How do I tell whether I have a Garmin Lily or a Garmin Lily 2?

Look at where the band meets the watch case. The original Garmin Lily uses a screw-in T-bar attachment with visible screws at the lugs and needs a small tool to change. The Garmin Lily 2 has a plain lug, with a small sliding pin on the underside of the band instead.

You can also confirm the exact model name in the Garmin Connect app under your device settings.

The Lily 2 Classic and Lily 2 Active are both part of the Lily 2 family and share the same 14mm quick-release fitting as the standard Lily 2.

I have a different Lily model. Which bands should I be looking at?

If you own the original Garmin Lily with the screw-in attachment, this leather strap will not fit — shop the correct screw-in range in our Garmin Lily bands collection.

If you own the Garmin Lily 2 Classic, see Lily 2 Classic bands. If you own the Garmin Lily 2 Active, see Lily 2 Active bands.

Buying to your exact model is the fastest way to get a band that clicks straight in without adapters or tools.
