Yes - under the new restrictions in Melbourne, we are still able to operate as per usual.

Delivery Delays:

We have been advised Australia Post distribution hubs in Melbourne are currently running at max capacity, due to stage 4 restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19). This may cause some delays with delivery.

How Much is Postage?

Our postage starts at $2.95 for regular mail (small items only), $4.95 for registered post (any size), and $9.95 via express (any size). We have free express shipping on any order over $75

How do I tag an image?

Simply just add the # to any image you upload on Facebook or Instagram to have it featured in our feed! The # for each product is displayed on the product page.

How do I track my item?

 You can track your item via Australia Post here , or follow the link you are sent within the shipping notification (if tracking is applicable)

What are you warranty and returns policies?

 We have a fair 30-day returns policy, and 12 months warranty on most items.
